This Privacy Policy explains how KOUKLA (KouklaDesigns, "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit koukladesigns.com or buy from us. We're a small family business in Vancouver, BC, and we only collect what we need to make and send you your order.

What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and order details. Payment card details are handled securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Device information: collected automatically when you browse, such as your browser, IP address, the pages you view and how you use the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us: anything you share when you email us or contact us through the site.

How we use it
- To process, ship and deliver your order, and to send order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and store credit.
- To keep the site working well and to understand which pieces people love.
- To prevent fraud.
- To send you news about new pieces, only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the shop:
- Shopify, which powers our store (shopify.com/legal/privacy).
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers (Canada Post, DHL, FedEx), to deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising tools we may use, such as Shopify analytics, Meta or Google, to understand visits and show our pieces to people who might like them.
We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them. Shopify's list of storefront cookies is at shopify.com/legal/cookies.

How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it for your order, returns, store credit, and our tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it by law.

Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example in Canada, the European Union or California), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email us at koukladesignsvancouver@gmail.com.

Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, by Shopify and our service providers.

Children
Our site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
